摘　　要：目的:建立复方黄蜀葵花喷雾剂中金丝桃苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC),色谱柱为KromasiL 100-5-C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以乙腈和2%磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为401 nm;柱温30℃;流速1 mL/min。结果:金丝桃苷在10.26~205.17μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.9%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论:该方法简捷、快速、可靠,可用于复方黄蜀葵花喷雾剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish the content determination methods for hyperin in compound Huangshu Kuihua spray.Methods:HPLC was used,chromatographic column:KromasiL 100-5-C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),acetonitrile and 2%phosphate buffer solution were chosen as the mobile phase,gradient elution,detection wavelength was 401nm;column temperature 30℃;flow rate was 1mL·min^(-1).Results:Hyperin showed good linear relationship between 10.26 and 205.17μg/mL;average recovery rate was 96.9%,RSD=0.9%(n=6).Conclusion:The method,simple,rapid and reliable,could be used for quality control of compound Huangshu Kuihua spray.
