摘　　要：癌症恶病质作为一个复杂的综合征,是晚期肿瘤患者常见并发症之一,临床常表现为体质量下降、肌肉萎缩、食欲减退、乏力、贫血、水肿等,严重影响患者的生活质量和生存期。全国名中医刘沈林认为癌症恶病质病性总属虚实夹杂、本虚标实,提倡分期治疗:恶病质前期“治未病”,祛邪安正;恶病质期“兼顾祛邪”,补虚泻实、双管齐下;难治性恶病质期以“调补后天”为重,助长胃气,忌乱用攻伐。遣方用药平和,着重调理脾胃,临床颇有疗效。Cancer cachexia,as a complex syndrome,is one of the common complications in patients with advanced cancer.Clinical manifestations are often decreased body mass,muscle atrophy,loss of appetite,fatigue,anemia,edema,etc.,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival of patients.LIU Shenlin,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the country,believes that cancer cachexia is always a mixture of deficiency and excess,with the deficiency in root and excess in treetop.He advocates phased treatment:in the early stage of cachexia,"treating pre-disease",to eliminate evil Qi and protect healthy Qi;in the cachexia stage,"taking into account the elimination of pathogens",supplement deficiency and reduce excess,and take both measures;in the stage of refractory cachexia,the emphasis is on"adjusting and nourishing the day after tomorrow",which promotes stomach Qi and avoids indiscriminate use of attacks.The prescription is peaceful,focusing on regulating the spleen and stomach,which is quite effective in clinic.
