摘  要:介绍了带分解炉的悬浮预热器的预分解(NSP)技术特点。针对磷石膏水含量高、分解热量高的特点,开发出磷石膏NSP窑分解制硫酸联产水泥新技术。该技术以CO、H_(2)代替传统的焦炭作为还原剂,具有分解温度低、能耗低、窑气SO_(2)浓度高等优势。采用单台φ4 m×75 m NSP窑、“三级预热器+烘干”工艺,可联产1.0 kt/d硫酸和1.08 kt/d水泥熟料,1 kg产品能耗2700 kJ。在磷石膏中二氧化硅质量分数小于9%的地区,该技术能同时生产出优等品硫酸和合格水泥熟料产品,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。The technical characteristics of NSP of suspension preheater with calciner are introduced.According to the characteristics of high water content and high decomposition heat of phosphogypsum,a new technology of phosphogypsum NSP kiln decomposition to produce sulphuric acid and cement is developed.This technology uses CO and H_(2) instead of traditional coke as reductant,which has the advantages of low decomposition temperature,low energy consumption and high SO_(2) concentration in kiln gas.Single setφ4 m×75 m NSP kiln and“three-stage preheater+drying”process can co-produce 1.0 kt/d sulphuric acid and 1.08 kt/d cement clinker,and the energy consumption of 1 kg product is 2700 kJ.In areas where the silica content in phosphogypsum is less than 9%,this technology can produce high-quality sulphuric acid and qualified cement clinker products at the same time,which has good economic and social benefits.
