摘　　要：河北精致科技有限公司开发了用于硫黄尾气脱H_(2)S兼脱有机硫的GL-DS3双功能脱硫溶剂,对采用还原—吸收法尾气处理工艺的硫黄回收装置,可代替常规MDEA脱硫溶剂,实现尾气H_(2)S及COS的高效脱除。工业应用结果表明:与MDEA脱硫溶剂相比,GL-DS3双功能脱硫溶剂可在确保H_(2)S脱除能力不下降、CO_(2)吸收能力不增加的基础上,大幅提高COS的脱除率;GL-DS3双功能脱硫溶剂也可用于天然气脱硫装置,实现降总硫的目的。Hebei Jingzhi Technology Co.,Ltd.has developed GL-DS3 dual function desulfurization solvent for H_(2)S and organic sulphur removal from sulphur tail gas.For sulphur recovery unit adopting reduction-absorption tail gas treatment process,the GL-DS3 dual function desulfurization solvent can replace conventional MDEA desulfurization solvent to realize efficient removal of H_(2)S and COS from tail gas.The industrial application results show that compared with MDEA desulfurization solvent,GL-DS3 dual function desulfurization solvent can significantly improve the removal rate of COS on the basis of ensuring that the H_(2)S removal capacity does not decrease and the CO_(2) absorption capacity does not increase;GL-DS3 dual function desulfurization solvent can also be used in natural gas desulfurization device to achieve the purpose of reducing total sulphur.
