摘　　要：介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司800 kt/a和400 kt/a硫黄制酸装置中压锅炉给水管线新增联通管线的应用情况。在一、二期中压锅炉给水管线上增加50 m的联通管线、2个气动切断球阀和3个手动隔离阀,可确保在两套中压锅炉给水泵跳停或发生故障时,在中控室远程控制阀门开关进而控制锅炉液位。联通管线投用后,避免了多次因中压锅炉给水泵跳停而引起的装置非计划停车,保证了装置的长周期安全稳定运行。The application of the newly added connecting pipeline of the medium pressure boiler feed water pipeline of the 800 kt/a and 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants in Wylton Dazhou Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Adding 50 m connecting pipelines,2 pneumatic cut-off ball valves and 3 manual isolation valves to the feed water pipelines of phase I and phase II medium pressure boilers can ensure that when the two sets of medium pressure boiler feed water pumps trip or fail,the valve switch can be remotely controlled in the central control room to control the boiler liquid level.After the connecting pipeline is put into use,the unplanned shutdown of the device caused by the tripping of the feed pump of the medium pressure boiler for many times is avoided,and the long-term safe and stable operation of the device is ensured.
