摘  要:介绍了中原黄金冶炼厂离子液脱硫系统排放的碱性废水资源化利用情况。利用碱性废水作为脱硫剂,对离子液系统处理后的制酸尾气和环集烟气进行深度脱硫治理,使环保烟气ρ(SO_(2))<35 mg/m^(3),满足铜冶炼A级企业的特别排放要求,同时对碱性废水和冶炼烟气进行联合治理,每年可为企业节约费用约350万元,实现了废物资源的再利用,经济效益和环保效益显著。The resource utilization of alkaline wastewater discharged from ionic liquid desulfurization system in Zhongyuan Gold Smelter is introduced.Alkaline wastewater is used as desulfurizer to deeply desulfurize the acid making tail gas and circulating flue gas after the treatment of ionic liquid system,so as to make the mass concentration of sulfur dioxide in environmental protection flue gas lower than 35 mg/m^(3),which meets the special emission requirements of A-level copper smelting enterprises.At the same time,the joint treatment of alkaline wastewater and smelting flue gas can save about 3.5 million yuan for enterprises every year,and realize the reuse of waste resources,with significant economic and environmental benefits.
