摘 要:目的综述纳米金作为抗肿瘤药物载体的研究进展。方法查阅近些年来国内外关于纳米金作为抗肿瘤药物载体研究的相关文献,并对其进行整理、归纳、总结。结果纳米金是指利用物理或化学方法制备的直径在1~100 nm之间的微小粒子,可作为抗肿瘤药物载体。纳米金因其特殊的表面性质可以被不同的化学基团修饰,以达到靶向递药的效果,广泛应用于宫颈癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等疾病。近年来以金纳米粒子为基础的纳米载药体系受到高度重视。结论纳米金作为抗肿瘤药物载体在临床治疗中是非常有价值的,也有着非常好的发展前景。Objective To review the research status and progress of gold nanoparticles as anti-tumor drug delivery vehicles.Methods The domestic and foreign literatures on the research of gold nanoparticles as anti-tumor drug carriers in recent years were searched,organized and summarized them.Results Gold nanoparticles refers to tiny particles with a diameter between 1~100 nm prepared by physical or chemical methods,which can be used as anti-tumor drug carriers.Gold nanoparticles can be modified by different chemical groups due to their special surface properties to achieve the effect of targeted drug delivery.They have been widely used in cervical cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer and other diseases.In recent years,nano-drug carrier systems based on gold nanoparticles have received great attention.Conclusions Gold nanoparticles as anti-tumor drug carriers are very valuable in clinical treatment and have a very good development prospect.
