摘 要:分层多准则决策能够考虑决策环境的动态性,使决策者作出更准确的判断,但在实践应用过程中很难对多情境下指标精确赋权。因此提出偏序集评价方法予以改进,应用偏序集权重空间,即指标权重顺序,刻画权重的不确定性,依据各情境下指标权重顺序进行分类,能将多情境下指标权重划为同一类,从而减少工作量,通过Hasse展示结果,增强评价的稳健性。最后以供应商选择为例进行分析,结果表明,应用偏序集优化分层多准则决策,对10家供应商进行排序,减少了计算工作量,增强排序的稳健性,同时还具有对评价对象实施分层聚类的特点。Hierarchical multi criteria decision-making can consider the dynamic nature of the decision-making environment and make decision-makers make more accurate judgments, but it is difficult to accurately weight the indicators in the multi situation environment in the process of practical application. Therefore, the partial order set evaluation method is proposed to be improved.The partial order set weight space, that is, the index weight order, is used to describe the uncertainty of the weight. According to the index weight order in each situation, the index weight in multi situation situation can be reclassified into the same category,so as to reduce the workload. Hasse shows the results and enhance the robustness of the evaluation. Finally, taking supplier selection as an example, the results show that the application of poset optimization hierarchical multi criteria decision-making to sort 10 suppliers reduces the calculation workload and enhances the robustness of sorting. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of hierarchical clustering for the evaluation objects.
