摘  要:采用实验测定和理论预测相结合的研究手段,较系统地研究了煤种成分、温度及飞灰成分对飞灰实验室比电阻的影响规律。结果表明:随着温度升高,实验室比电阻逐渐增大,且印度样品的比电阻普遍高于国内样品;飞灰成分方面,“Li+Na”原子质量分数、Fe原子质量分数与飞灰实验室比电阻负相关,“Mg+Ca”原子质量分数与飞灰实验室比电阻正相关。文章可为电除尘器的精确选型设计提供借鉴。The research method of combining experimental measurement and theoretical predictions was used for the first time,the influence of coal composition,temperature and fly ash composition on laboratory specific resistance of fly ash was studied systematically.The results show that the laboratory specific resistance increases gradually with the increase of temperature,and the specific resistance of Indian coal is generally higher than that of domestic samples.In terms of fly ash composition,“Li+Na”atomic mass fraction,Fe atomic mass fraction and fly ash laboratory specific resistance are negatively correlated,while“Mg+Ca”atomic mass fraction and fly ash laboratory specific resistance are positively correlated.The paper can provide reference for the selection and design of electrostatic precipitator.
