摘  要:文章提出采用燃煤炉补热的SCR脱硝系统,并在太钢球团厂烟气治理工程中成功应用。应用过程中针对补热烟气粉尘量大、补热系统与主烟气系统压力难以平衡、脱硝过程伴随生成的NH_(4)HSO_(4)易堵塞系统等难题采取了有效措施。系统建成投运后运行稳定,各项指标都达到了设计要求,与采用天然气方案相比,可节省50%的运行费用。In the paper,the SCR denitration system with heat supplement of coal-fired furnace is proposed and successfully applied in the flue gas treatment project of pelletizing plant of TISCO.In the process of implementation,effective measures were taken to solve the problems such as large amount of dust in the heat supplement flue gas,difficult balance between the pressure of the heat supplement system and the main flue gas system,and NH_(4)HSO_(4)generated in the denitration process is easy to block the system.After the system is completed and put into operation,it operates stably,and all indicators have reached the design value.Compared with the natural gas scheme,it can save 50%of the operation cost.
