摘　　要：针对125 t电渣炉在调试过程中遇到的碳刷打火、断弧、接地电流故障,分析了这些故障产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案,保证了生产的连续性。Aiming at the faults such as carbon brush fire,arc breaking and grounding current encountered in the commissioning of 125 t ESR furnace,the causes of these faults were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed to ensure the continuity of production。
