摘  要:三元煤业3#煤层为厚度平均达到7 m的优质动力煤,目前采用综放开采回收煤炭资源,存在顶煤损失严重等问题。为了提高煤炭资源的回收率及矿井的经济效益,通过现场地质调研、开采点附近岩层力学试验、开采影响因素分析、煤壁片帮数值模拟、煤壁稳定性实测等手段对三元煤业拟采用的大采高采煤工艺的可行性进行研究。结论表明,3#煤层裂隙较发育,煤层较松软若采用一次采全高大采高回采,工作面煤壁面临着大范围严重片帮冒顶的问题,在采取增大支架工作阻力、保证支架初撑力、破碎区域煤壁注浆加固等安全措施的基础上,可以实现采用大采高开采。To improve the recovery rate of coal resources and economic benefits,the author makes a study on the feasibility of large mining height mining method in No.3 coal seam in Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.by in-situ geology investigation,mechanical test of strata near the mining point,analysis of factors affecting mining,numerical simulation of coal wall caving and coal wall stability,which shows that the one-time full-height-mining method can induce roof fall and spalling due to the developed fracture and soft seam,and large-mining-height mining can be achieved on the basis of increasing the working resistance of the support,ensuring the initial support of the support,and strengthening the coal seams with grouting in the fractured areas.
