摘 要:基于井下有线瓦斯传感器在使用过程中,存在布线区域广、布线繁琐、以及线路破断导致传感器监测失灵等技术难题,大斗沟煤矿通过技术研究,决定对井下有线传感器进行优化,采用一套无线激光瓦斯传感器,阐述了该传感器结构及工作原理,并通过在三盘区5201巷中实际应用效果来看,掘进巷道采用无线激光瓦斯传感器后瓦斯监测精度高、设备故障率低,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the technical problems such as wide wiring area,cumbersome wiring,and sensor monitoring failure caused by broken lines during the use of the underground wired gas sensor in Dadougou Colliery,this paper optimizes the underground wired sensor,adopts a set of wireless laser gas sensor,and expounds its structure and working principle.The actual application effect in No.three panel of lane 5201shows that after using wireless laser gas sensor in the tunnel roadway,the gas monitoring accuracy is high and the equipment failure rate is low,which achieves remarkable application results.
