摘 要:针对选煤厂瓦斯浓度监控不足导致安全风险较大的问题,设计了监控层、设备层两层结构的瓦斯监控系统。在了解对比瓦斯传感器工作原理的基础上,采用激光甲烷传感器,结合数字滤波模块和CAN通信总线,增强系统抗干扰能力,以完成选煤厂各个重点部分瓦斯浓度的精确监控,并实现声光报警和快速通风响应,有效降低选煤厂安全生产风险,确保安全生产。Aiming at the problem of high safety risk caused by insufficient monitoring of gas concentration in coal preparation plants,this paper designs a gas monitoring system with a two-layer structure of monitoring layer and equipment layer,proposes to use laser methane sensor,combined with digital filter module and CAN communication bus on the basis of understanding and comparing the working principle of gas sensor,to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system,so as to complete the accurate monitoring of gas concentration in each key part of the coal preparation plant,and realize sound and light alarm and rapid ventilation response,which effectively reduces the risk of safe production in coal preparation plants and ensures safe production.
