心神安胶囊治疗慢性疲劳综合征的效果观察及对外周血NK细胞活性、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心神安胶囊治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的效果观察及对外周血自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法:选取2020年10月~2021年8月本院收治的147例心脾两虚型CFS患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组74例和对照组73例.对照组给予人参归脾丸口服治疗,观察组给予心神安胶囊口服治疗,均连续治疗8周.治疗后,评估两组临床疗效.分别于治疗前后,采用中医证候积分表、疲劳量表(FS-14)评分表、疲劳评定量表(FAS)评估两组中医症候和疲劳程度变化情况;采用流式细胞检测仪检测两组外周血NK细胞活性和CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T水平;采用放射免疫法检测两组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平;记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组治疗有效率对照组;治疗后,观察组各项中医症候积分和FS-14评分、FAS评分均低于对照组;观察组外周血NK细胞活性、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值高于对照组,CD3^(+)水平低于对照组;观察组血清IgM、IgA和IgE水平明显低于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率为13.51%,与对照组的16.44%无显著差异.结论:心神安胶囊可提高心脾两虚型CFS患者临床疗效,调节外周血NK细胞活性,改善T淋巴细胞亚群水平.Objective To explore the curative effect of Xinshen’an capsule on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)and its in-fluences on the activity of peripheral blood natural killer cells(NK)and T lymphocyte subsets.Methods A total of 147 patients with CFS of heart-spleen deficiency type admitted to the hospital were enrolled between October 2020 and August 2021.Ac-cording to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(74 cases)and control group(73 cases).The control group was given oral ginseng spleen-invigorating bolus,while observation group was given oral Xinshen’an Capsules.All were continuously treated for 8 week.After treatment,clinical curative effect in both groups was evaluated.Before and after treatment,changes of TCM symptoms and fatigue degree were assessed by TCM syndromes scale,fatigue scale(FS-14)and fa-tigue assessment scale(FAS).The activity of peripheral blood NK cells,levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T were detected by flow cytometry.The levels of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)were detected by radioimmunoassay.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group.After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,FS-14 and FAS in observation group were lower than those in control group.The activity of peripheral blood NK cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,while CD3^(+)level was lower than that in control group.The levels of serum IgM,IgA and IgE inobservation group were significantly lower than those in control group.The difference in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group was not statistically significant.Conclusion Xinshen’an Capsule can improve clinical curative effect,regulate activity of peripheral blood NK cells and improve levels of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with CFS of heart-spleen deficiency type.
