摘　　要：目的:分析某三甲医院老年专科病房住院患者体力活动现状及影响因素.方法:随机选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院老年专科病房住院患者184例患者.采用体力活动状况调查表进行体力活动评估,根据评估结果分为高体力活动组和低体力活动组.收集其一般资料,评估其日常生活能力、营养状况、心理状况、认知水平等,采用逻辑(Logistic)回归分析影响老年患者体力活动的因素.结果:184例患者中有128例"体力活动状况调查表"评分在10分以下,56例患者评分在10分及以上.低体力活动组占比69.57%,高体力活动组占比30.43%.两组比较具有显著差异;老年住院患者体力活动可能与其年龄、主要照顾者、生活自理能力、营养状况、认知功能,是否接受过体力活动相关的评估、益处介绍、建议、帮助使用社区资源以及反馈和支持等有关;年龄、生活自理能力、营养状况以及是否接受体力活动建议及其反馈和支持是影响老年住院患者体力活动的独立影响因素.结论:老年住院患者体力活动不足,年龄、生活自理能力、营养状况以及是否接受体力活动建议及其反馈和支持是影响老年住院患者体力活动的影响因素,临床可对老年住院患者进行相应的指导和建议,并建立反馈机制,提供社会支持.Objective To analyze the Current status and influencing factors of physical activities among inpatients in geri-atric wards of certain tertiary hospital.Methods A total of 184 inpatients in geriatric wards of the hospital were randomly en-rolled between January 2018 and January 2019.The physical activities were assessed by physical activity status questionnaire.According to the assessment results,they were divided into high physical-activity group and low physical-activity group.The general data were collected to evaluate activities of daily living,nutritional status,psychological status and cognitive level.The influencing factors of physical activities were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results Among the 184 patients,there were 128 cases with score of physical activity status questionnaire<10 points and 56 cases≥10 points.The proportions of cases in low physical-activity group and high physical-activity group were 69.57%and 30.43%,and there were significant dif-ferences between the two groups.The physical activities in elderly inpatients might be related to age,main caregivers,self-care ability,nutritional status,cognitive function,physical activity-related assessment,introduction of benefits,suggestions,usage of community resources,feedback and support.Age,self-care ability,nutritional status,and suggestions and feedback of physical activities were independent influencing factors of physical activities in elderly inpatients.Conclusion The physical activities are insufficient in elderly inpatients.Age,self-care ability,nutritional status,and suggestions and feedback of physical activities are independent influencing factors of physical activities in elderly inpatients.Clinically,corresponding guidance and sugges-tions can be given to elderly inpatients,and feedback mechanisms should be established to provide social support.
