摘 要:目的:研究金花茶叶醇提取物的祛痰、抗炎活性及其可能作用机制。方法:采用小鼠酚红排泌法研究金花茶叶醇提取物的祛痰作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀实验,探讨金花茶叶醇提取物的抗炎作用;通过酶联免疫法(ELISA法)检测小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1L-6、IL-1β及IL-17A的含量,探讨可能的抗炎作用机制。结果:与空白组比较,提取物各剂量组对小鼠的耳肿胀、足肿胀都表现出明显抑制作用(P<0.05),对小鼠气管痰液分泌具有明显促进作用,使酚红排泌量增加(P<0.05)。在ELISA实验中,金花茶叶醇提取物能够减少小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17A的含量水平(P<0.05)。结论:金花茶叶醇提取物具有一定的祛痰和抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能是通过减少TNF-α、1L-6、IL-1β、IL-17A分泌而实现。Objective:To explore the expectorant and anti-inflammatory activity of extract from leaves of Camellia chrysantha and its possible mechanism.Methods:The expectorant effects of ethanol extract in Camellia chrysantha were studied by phenol red excretion in mice.The anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extract of Camellia chrysantha were investigated by xylene-induced ear swelling in mice and carrageenin-induced foot swelling in mice,then detect the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17Ain mice serum by ELISA,and explore its possible mechanism of anti-inflammatory.Results:Compared with the blank group,each dose group of the extract showed significant inhibitory effects on ear swelling and foot swelling of mice(P<0.05).At the same time,it could significantly promote the secretion of tracheal sputum in mice,and increase the secretion of phenol red(P<0.05).In the ELISA experiment,the content of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βand IL-17Ain serum of mice was decreased by ethanol extract of Camellia chrysantha(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethanol extract of Camellia chrysantha has certain expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects,and its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be through reducing the secretion of TNF-α,1L-6and IL-1β.
