加味当归四逆汤治疗寒湿痹阻证膝痹临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味当归四逆汤治疗膝痹(寒湿痹阻证)的临床疗效。方法:选取寒湿痹阻证膝痹患者60例,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组各30例。在给予基础治疗的基础上,试验组口服加味当归四逆汤;对照组口服追风透骨胶囊。于1、2、4周分别对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:治疗后1周试验组患者C-反应蛋白测值低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2周及治疗后4周试验组患者疼痛评分低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、治疗后2周及治疗后4周,试验组患者膝关节功能活动评分低于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4周试验组与对照组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味当归四逆汤可改善膝痹(寒湿痹阻证)患者的疼痛评分、C-反应蛋白测值、膝关节功能活动评分,且疗效优于追风透骨胶囊。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Modified Danggui Sini Decoction on knee arthralgia with cold dampness arthralgia syndrome.Methods:60cases of knee arthralgia with cold dampness obstruction syndrome in the outpatient department of the second bone Department of the South Hospital of Changsha traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30in the experimental group and 30in the control group.On the basis of basic treatment,the experimental group was given orally Modified Danggui Sini decoction,and the control group was given orally chasing wind and penetrating bone rubber bag.The curative effects of the two groups were compared at 1,2and 4weeks.Results:One week after treatment,the measured value of C-reactive protein in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The pain scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 2weeks and 4weeks after treatment(P<0.05);The scores of knee function and activity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 1week,2weeks and 4weeks after treatment(P<0.05);There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group 4weeks after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Danggui Sini Decoction can improve the pain score,C-reactive protein and knee function activity score of knee arthralgia with cold dampness arthralgia syndrome,and the curative effect is better than Zhuifengtougu capsule.
