摘　　要：邵瑛教授立足“以平为期”的治则内核,认为肾之阴阳失衡为小儿非感染性腹泻之病机核心,对应制定了推拿治疗的基础方。该基础推拿方以平衡患儿阴阳为基础,采用“以肾为先”的治疗原则,脾肾同调、理气化湿,重用儿推经典穴位,加以自身总结之“三六合元”“肾枢四穴”等手法穴位,分阶段、个体化灵活施治,临床上取得良好疗效。总结邵瑛教授治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临证经验。The academic thoughts of Professor Shao Ying for the treatment of Noninfectious diarrhea were summarized.Based on the treatment principle of “taking balance as goal”,Professor Shao Ying believes that the imbalance of yin and yang in the kidney is the core of the pathogenesis of non-infectious diarrhea in children and formulates a massage therapy.This massage therapy applies infantile massage to balance Yin and Yang,and follows the treatment principle of “kidney first”.The spleen and kidney are adjusted simultaneously,qi and dampness are regulated.Professor Shao Ying puts the classic acupuncture points of infantile massage in an important position,associated with “San Liu He Yuan”,“The Four Core Acupuncture Points of the kidney” and other empirical acupuncture points.This treatment is staged,individualized and flexible,which achieves good clinical effects.
