运用六经辨证治疗耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌AECOPD患者1例

摘　　要：随着广谱抗菌药物在临床中的大量使用,鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性相关问题日趋严重,耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌也呈现出日益增长的趋势,为AECOPD患者的治疗带来较大困难。采用《伤寒论》六经辨证治疗耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌AECOPD患者1例,方证相应,药症相对,随证加减。通过总结分析中西医结合治疗耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌AECOPD的临证过程,阐明运用六经辨证治疗耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌AECOPD的临床思路及方法,为临床应用经方治疗AECOPD提供新思路。With the extensive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics in clinic,the problems related to drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii are becoming more and more serious.Carbapenem resistant acinetobacter baumannii also shows an increasing trend,which brings great difficulties to the treatment of AECOPD patients.A case of carbapenem resistant acinetobacter baumannii AECOPD patients is treated by six meridians differentiation of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,so as to achieve corresponding prescriptions and syndromes,relative drugs and symptoms with the addition and subtraction of syndrome,the patients with carbapenem resistant acinetobacter baumannii AECOPD were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the clinical ideas and methods of treating carbapenem resistant acinetobacter baumannii AECOPD with six meridians differentiation were clarified,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical application of classical prescriptions in the treatment of AECOPD.
