三白草本草考证

摘　　要：三白草是我国传统中药,在民间应用广泛,具有利尿消肿、清热解毒、消积化痞、治疗小便不利、淋沥涩痛、疮疡肿毒、湿疹等功效。作为民间用药,三白草在治疗筋骨损伤、妇科病、泌尿系统疾病中疗效显著。近年来,关于三白草的研究日益增多,但对其基原、产地、入药部位、性味归经、功效尚未有详细的研究报道。通过梳理古代本草典籍、现代中医药专著等文献资料,发现三白草为三白草科植物三白草Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill.的干燥地上部分,以二、八月采收为佳;多为野生,自河北到长江及其以南地区均有分布,喜生长于温暖低湿之地;入药部位因时代认知范围不同存在差异;除传统水煎、外敷等服药方式外,民间多辅以猪肉、米汤等食材以中和三白草寒性,温助阳气。通过三白草本草考证,旨在正本清源,为三白草合理开发利用提供科学依据。Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill.a traditional Chinese medicine,and widely used in the folk.With diuresis detumescence,heat detoxification,elimination of accumulation of ruffian,treatment of adverse urination,leach pain,sore swelling and eczema and other effects.As folk medicine,it has remarkable curative effect in treating muscle and bone injury,gynecological diseases and urinary diseases.In recent years,more and more studies have been done on Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill,but there are no detailed reports on its origin,producing area,medicinal site,taste and function.This article combs through Chinese herbal literatures and modern monograph of Traditional Chinese medicine,concluded that Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill.is the dry aerial part of Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill.The dry aboveground part is better to harvest in February and August;Most of them are wild.They range from Hebei to the Yangtze River and its south.They like to grow in warm and low humidity;Due to the different cognitive ranges of the times,its medicinal parts are also different;In addition to the traditional decoction and external application,the folk use pork,rice soup and other ingredients to supplement,so as to neutralize the cold nature of Saururus chinensis(Lour.)Baill.and warm up yangqi.so as to correct its source and provide scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of Sanbai Grass.
