摘　　要：小红参为西南地区民族特色药用植物,具有活血养血、祛瘀生新等功效,临床用于抗肿瘤、抗心肌缺血及银屑病等皮肤病的治疗,效果颇佳。近年来,随着对小红参药理机制的研究愈加深入,发现小红参的药理活性与其对免疫系统的调节作用息息相关。通过探讨小红参发挥药理作用的免疫机制,并根据质量标志物的概念,从传统药效、新药效、成分特有性、化学成分可测性等几个方面对小红参质量标志物进行预测分析,旨在探讨和挖掘小红参作为活血化瘀药在免疫调控防治疾病中的应用前景,为小红参产品开发和质量评价研究提供科学依据。Rubia yunnanensis is a national characteristic medicinal plant in the southwest region.It has the effects of invigorating blood and nourishing blood,dispelling blood stasis and regenerating new life.It is clinically used for anti-tumor,anti-myocardial ischemia and psoriatic skin diseases.In recent years,with the deepening of research on the pharmacological mechanism of Rubia yunnanensis,it has been found that the pharmacological activity of Rubia yunnanensis is closely related to the regulation of its immune system.Predictive analysis of Rubia yunnanensis quality markers in terms of traditional medicinal effects,new medicinal effects,component specificity,and measurability of chemical components,in order to explore and explore the use of Rubiay unnanensis as a blood-activating medicine for immune regulation and prevention The prospect of disease provides scientific basis for the development and quality evaluation of Rubia yunnanensis products.
