摘 要:本试验旨在研究发酵苜蓿颗粒对育成后期临武鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及肠道发育的影响。试验选取健康、体重相近的70日龄雌性临武鸭300羽,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸭。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂用5%、10%、15%和20%发酵苜蓿颗粒等量替代基础饲粮的试验饲粮。试验期35 d。结果表明:1)各组之间生长性能、屠宰性能和器官指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,5%、15%和20%发酵苜蓿颗粒组血清低密度脂蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),5%发酵苜蓿颗粒组血清尿酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)15%发酵苜蓿颗粒组血清促黄体生成激素含量显著高于5%、10%和20%发酵苜蓿颗粒组(P<0.05),与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,20%发酵苜蓿颗粒组回肠相对长度显著升高(P<0.05);5%发酵苜蓿颗粒组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著升高(P<0.05);10%发酵苜蓿颗粒组回肠绒毛高度显著升高(P<0.05);15%发酵苜蓿颗粒组十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度显著升高(P<0.05);20%发酵苜蓿颗粒组十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度和回肠绒毛高度显著升高(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,5%、10%和15%发酵苜蓿颗粒组盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,5%~20%发酵苜蓿颗粒等量替代基础饲粮对育成后期临武鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和器官指数无不良影响,且能改善肠道形态。5%~15%发酵苜蓿颗粒等量替代基础饲粮能降低育成后期临武鸭血脂水平,促进盲肠有益菌的增殖。在生产实践中可用5%~15%发酵苜蓿颗粒等量替代基础饲粮饲喂70~105日龄雌性临武鸭。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of fermented alfalfa granule on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal development of Linwu ducks during later growing stage.A total of 300 healthy 70-day-old female Linwu ducks with similar body weight were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 ducks per replicate.Ducks in the control group were fed a basic diet,while others in the experimental group were fed experimental diets which used 5%,10%,15%and 20%fermented alfalfa granule instead of equivalent basic diet.The experiment lasted for 35days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in growth performance,slaughter performance and organ indexes among all groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the serum low density lipoprotein content of 5%,15%and 20%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum uric acid content of 5%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)The serum luteinizing hormone content of 15%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly higher than that of 5%,10%and 20%fermented alfalfa granule groups(P<0.05),while had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the ileal relative length of 20%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the duodenal villus height/crypt depth of 5%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the ileal villus height of 10%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the duodenal crypt depth of 15%fermented alfalfa granule group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the jejunal villus height was significantly increased(P<0.05);the duodenal villus height,villus height/crypt depth and ileal villus height of 20%fermented alfalfa granule group were significantly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,the cecal Lactobacillus number of 5%,10%and 15%fermented alfal
