摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平生物蛋白API(含鲶鱼抗菌肽parasin I功能片段的基因工程蛋白)对肉兔生长性能和肠道健康的影响。选取30日龄健康且体重[(644.93±31.92)g]相近的断奶伊拉商品肉兔144只,随机分为4组,每组18个重复,每个重复2只兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1、0.5和1.0 mg/kg API。试验期8周。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加API对肉兔末重、平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1.0 mg/kg API可降低肉兔腹泻率、死亡率和健康风险指数。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1.0 mg/kg API可显著降低盲肠大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05),并显著提高盲肠丙酸比例(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1.0 mg/kg API可显著提高空肠封闭蛋白-1(Claudin-1)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加0.5和1.0 mg/kg API可显著提高空肠白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1.0 mg/kg API可显著提高空肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加0.1、0.5和1.0 mg/kg API均可显著提高空肠脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加API可降低肉兔腹泻率、死亡率和盲肠大肠杆菌数量,提高空肠Claudin-1和IL-2的mRNA相对表达量,提高空肠消化酶活性,表明API可提高肉兔的消化能力和改善肠道屏障,从而促进肠道健康。综合来看,本试验饲粮中API的适宜添加水平为1.0 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of supplementing bioengineering protein API(an engineered protein contained catfish antimicrobial peptide parasin I fragment)on growth performance and intestinal health of meat rabbits.A total of 144 healthy 30-day-old weaned meat rabbits with similar body weight[(644.93±31.92)g]were randomly assigned into 4 groups with 18 replicates per group and 2 rabbits per replicate.Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg API.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)dietary API supplementation had no significant effects on the final weight,average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)and feed to weight ratio(F/G)of meat rabbits(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 1.0 mg/kg API reduced the diarrhea rate,mortality rate and health risk index.2)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 1.0 mg/kg API significantly decreased the cecal Escherichia coli number(P<0.05),and significantly increased the cecal propionic acid ratio(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 1.0 mg/kg API significantly increased the jejunal Claudin-1 mRNA relative expression level(P<0.05),and dietary supplemented with 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg API significantly increased the jejunal interleukin-2(IL-2)mRNA relative expression level(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 1.0 mg/kg API significantly increased the jejunal amylase activity(P<0.05),and dietary supplemented with 0.1,0.5 and1.0 mg/kg API significantly increased the jejunal lipase and trypsin activities(P<0.05).In summary,dietary API supplementation reduces the diarrhea rate,mortality rate and cecal Escherichia coli number of meat rabbits,increases the mRNA relative expression levels of Claudin-1 and IL-2 and activity of digestive enzyme in jejunum,which shows API can improve the digestive capacity and intestinal b
