摘 要:设计并比选出较好的土地整治规划设计方案,是提高土地整治效果的关键。以瓜州县布隆吉乡高标准农田建设项目为例,从不同角度设计出3种较为切合区域实际的土地整治模式,并建立评价指标体系,采用模拟退火算法优化投影寻踪模型对不同模式的规划设计方案进行比选。结果表明,3种模式最优投影值依次为1.3399、1.1292和4.0822,模式3(生态修复型)为最优模式,模式1(常规实施型)较差,模式2(节水灌溉型)最差。对于生态脆弱区的河西走廊地区以生态修复为主导实施全域综合整治,更为科学合理;采用模拟退火算法优化的投影寻踪模型在一定程度上避免了主观片面性,其评价结果符合实际,为土地整治模式的比选提供了新的思路,为更好地实施土地整治项目提供了参考和借鉴。To design and select the optimal planning and design scheme of land consolidation is the key to improve the implementation effect of land consolidation projects.The high-standard farmland construction project in Bulongji Township,Guazhou County was taken as an example.From different perspectives,we designed three land consolidation models that were more suitable for the actual situation of the region and established an evaluation index system.The simulated annealing algorithm was used to optimize the projection pursuit model to compare and select the planning and design schemes of three land consolidation modes.The results show that,the optimal projection values of the three models were 1.3399,1.1292 and 4.0822.Model 3(ecological restoration type)was the best mode,Model 1(conventional implementation type)was poor,and Model 2(water-saving irrigation type)was the worst.For the ecologically fragile Hexi Corridor area,it is more scientific and reasonable to carry out the overall comprehensive consolidation with ecological restoration as the leading role.Projection pursuit model optimized by simulated annealing algorithm can avoid subjectivity and one-sidedness to some extent.The evaluation result is in line with the actual situation.Provides more scientific and practical new ideas for the comparison and selection of land consolidation models,it also provides reference for the better implementation of land consolidation projects in the Hexi Corridor area.
