摘　　要：新商科背景下,语言类大学经管专业教学改革与创新是培养服务现代化社会经济发展人才的诉求,是应对市场竞争和自身可持续发展的需要,也是大学与学科演变的大势所趋。有效途径主要包括构建跨学科有机融合的课程体系和人才培养机制,建立“三维融合”教学模式,深化“中外融通”教学模式,打造服务国家战略的师资科研团队和人才培养基地。Under the background of new business,the teaching reform and innovation of economics and management major in language universities complies with the demands of cultivating talents serving modern social and economic development,meets the need to deal with market competition and their own sustainable development,and also conforms to the general trend of the evolution of universities and disciplines.The effective ways mainly include building an interdisciplinary organic integration curriculum system and talent training mechanism,establishing a"three-dimensional integration"teaching mode,deepening the"Sino-foreign integration"teaching mode,building a teacher scientific research team and talent training base that serves the national strategy.
