摘　　要：粮食生产功能区和重要农产品生产保护区(以下简称“两区”)的划定是全面落实永久基本农田特殊保护制度的重要保证,是黑土保护的重要手段,对新时期国家粮食安全战略和农业生产发展具有重大意义。在“两区”划定工作中,数据库建设是一项重要内容。通过对相关规范的研究,整理数据库建库系统的需求、架构、功能、流程,设计并实现“两区”划定数据库建库系统。The delimitation of functional zones of grain production and production protection zones of important agricultural products is an important guarantee for the full implementation of the special protection system of permanent basic farmland,and is of great significance to the national food security strategy and agricultural production development in the new period.Database construction is an important content in the delimitation of"Two Zones".Through the study of relevant specifications,it sorts out the requirements,architecture,functions,and processes of database construction system,then designs and implements the"Two Zones"delimitation database construction system.
