摘  要:针对20k N·m法兰式扭矩传感器,应用ANSYS仿真软件对3J58、40Cr、17-4PH、65Mn材料的弹性元件进行静力学仿真研究。通过静力学仿真,研究不同材料条件下弹性元件结构尺寸对贴片区域应力和应变分布的影响。研究表明,在相同结构条件下,材料17-4PH弹性元件对扭矩有更高的灵敏度。通过对仿真结果进行分析,获得不同材料条件下满足设计要求的弹性元件结构尺寸范围,这对20 k N·m扭矩传感器设计的选材和结构尺寸确定具有指导意义。Aiming at 20 kN·m flange torque sensor,ANSYS simulation software is applied to carry out static simulation research on elastic component of 3J58,40Cr,17-4PH and 65Mn material.The influence of the structure size of elastic component on the stress and strain distribution in the patch area under different material conditions is studied by statics simulation.The results show that the elastic elements with 17-4PH have higher sensitivity to torque under the same structure.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the structural dimensions of elastic elements that meet the design requirements under different material conditions are obtained.It has guiding significance for material selection and structural dimension determination of 20 k N·m torque sensor design.
