摘  要:船舶在海洋环境下服役受海水流速、温度及盐含量等多因素作用,表面容易发生电化学、氧化(生物腐蚀)等强锈蚀破坏,因此高效、环保的海洋船舶钢板除锈技术成为海洋船舶制造领域的研究热点。文章综述了海洋环境下铁锈产生的原因,重点介绍了喷抛丸、高压水射流和激光等除锈技术的原理、工艺、装备及特点,指出了现有除锈技术的适用性和局限性,最后对未来海洋船舶除锈技术的发展趋势进行展望。Due to the effect of many factors such as seawater velocity,temperature and salt content,the surface of ships in marine environment is prone to strong corrosion damage such as electrochemistry and oxidation(biological corrosion).Therefore,the efficient and environmental friendly rust removal technology of marine ship steel plate has become a research hotspot in the field of marine ship manufacturing.The causes of rust in Marine environment are summarized.The principle,process,equipment and characteristics of blasting,high-pressure water jet,laser and other rust removal technologies are introduced,and the applicability and limitations of existing rust removal technologies are pointed out.Finally,the development trend of Marine ship rust removal technology in the future is prospected.
