摘 要:研究了中低旦锦纶66的纺丝条件和工艺控制,如侧吹风风温和风速控制、上油率、热辊温度控制、网络点等,分析聚合物由熔体到丝条冷却成形、牵伸卷绕过程中的内外部转变机制,同时对中低旦锦纶66试验样品进行染色对比,从中探讨纺丝条件和工艺控制对染色均匀性的影响,并选择最佳生产工艺控制标准,提高了中低旦锦纶66的染色均匀性和产品质量。The spinning conditions and process control of medium and low denier polyamide 66 fiber were studied,such as side blowing air temperature and wind speed control,oiling rate,hot roll temperature control,network point,etc.,the internal and external transformation mechanism of polymer from melt to filament in the process of cooling,forming,drawing and winding was analyzed.At the same time,the experiment sample of medium and low denier polyamide 66 fiber was dyed and compared,the influence of spinning conditions and process control on dyeing uniformity was discussed,and the optimal production process control standard was selected to improve the dyeing uniformity and product quality of medium and low denier polyamide 66 fiber.
