摘　　要：目的调查社区高龄老年人社会隔离现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取411名上海市社区高龄老年人作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、Lubben社会网络量表、日常生活活动能力量表、简版老年抑郁量表、蒙特利尔认知评估基础量表和社会参与问卷进行调查。结果54.0%高龄老年人存在社会隔离。回归分析结果显示,文化程度、听力状况、日常生活活动能力、抑郁、认知功能和社会参与是高龄老年人社会隔离的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论社区高龄老年人社会隔离发生率较高,影响因素较多。应重视高龄老年人群的社会隔离问题,并针对相关影响因素给予干预,以提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the status of social isolation among community-living oldest-old adults and to identify the inf-luencing factors.Methods A total of 411 community-living oldest-old adults in Shanghai were surveyed using the general information questionnaire,the Lubben Social Network Scale(LSNS-6),Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADLs),5-Item Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS-5),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Basic(MoCA-B)and Social Participation Questionnaire.Results Fifty-four percent of the oldest-old were socially isolated.Regression analysis showed that education level,hearing status,activities of daily living,depression,cognitive function and social participation were factors influencing social isolation(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The prevalence of social isolation is relatively high in community-living oldest-old adults and affected by many factors.Special attention and interventions should be given to enhance their quality of life.
