基于凝视理论的上海金山区廊下郊野公园形象投射与感知偏差研究

摘　　要：基于凝视理论,以上海市金山区廊下郊野公园为例,采集官方宣传文本和游客游记,利用ROST Content Mining软件分析,并将采集的照片分类和绘制聚合意向地图,分析各类照片的相关性,从而分析主题农场型郊野公园的形象投射与感知的偏差。结果表明:(1)官方投射的廊下生态园、枫叶岛和山塘民俗村的形象比较成功,与游客感知形象契合;(2)游客对园区内游玩项目和食宿环境感知较少,这与官方期望打造郊野公园为游玩住宿为一体的休闲体验园区不符;(3)廊下郊野公园的重要景观节点和特色建筑比较吸引游客,但是景区管理方在这方面缺少投射。因此,在今后的公园管理中,要在保持自身优势特色的基础上,加强完善旅游基础设施、丰富旅游活动和修缮人文景观,从而为游客提供高质量的旅游体验。Based on the gaze theory,this article takes the Langxia Country Park in Jinshan District,Shanghai as an example.It collects official propaganda texts and tourist travel notes,uses ROST Content Mining software to analyze,and classify the collected photos,draws aggregation intention maps,and explores the relevance of various pictures.Finally,analyze the deviation of the image projection and perception of the theme farm-type country park.The results show that:The official images of the Ecological Park,Maple Leaf Island,and Shantang Folk Village Projected by the government are relatively prosperous.They are consistent with the image perceived by the tourists.The official expectation of creating a country park as a leisure experience park that integrates play and accommodation does not match.The essential landscape nodes and characteristic buildings of the Langxia Country Park are more attractive to tourists,but the management of the scenic spot lacks projection in this regard.Therefore,in future park management,based on maintaining its advantages and characteristics,it is necessary to strengthen and improve tourism infrastructure,enrich tourism activities,and repair cultural landscapes to provide tourists with a high-quality tourism experience.
