摘 要:目的:探讨正性激励应用在静脉药物配置中心护理中的临床效果。方法:选取郑州大学附属肿瘤医院静脉配液中心护士112例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=56),对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以正性激励。对比两组医护人员护理差错率、护理管理效果、护理满意度及护士职业认同感。结果:观察组差错率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.837,P>0.05);观察组无菌操作、溶媒选择、剂量控制、药物配置、药品发放评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=53.935、40.064、64.631、64.468、42.839,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05);观察组职业压力、工作兴趣、精神状态、归属感、成就感、集体荣誉感、团队意识、主观能动性、同事关系、创造力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.445、8.654、7.050、5.989、5.523、7.085、11.706、7.472、6.598、8.659,P<0.05)。结论:采用正性激励应用在静脉药物配置中心护理可提高护理管理效果,降低护理差错率,提高护士的职业认同感,并改善护理满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of positive incentive application in nursing of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods:A total of 112 nurses from the intravenous fluid dispensing center of the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given positive incentives on the basis of the control group.The nursing error rate,nursing management effect,nursing satisfaction and nurses’professional identity were compared between the two groups.Results:The error rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.837,P>0.05).The scores of aseptic operation,solvent selection,dose control,drug configuration,and drug distri⁃bution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=53.935,40.064,64.631,64.468,42.839,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05).The scores of occupational stress,work interest,mental state,sense of belonging,sense of achievement,collective honor,team consciousness,subjective initia⁃tive,co-worker relationship,and creativity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.445,8.654,7.050,5.989,5.523,7.085,11.706,7.472,6.598,8.659,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of positive incentives to intravenous drug dispensing center nursing can improve nursing management effect,reduce nursing error rate,improve nurses’professional identity,and improve nursing satisfaction.
