摘　　要：结合多年来石油化工联锁保护系统管理的实践经验,根据有关规范的基本原则,从设备完整性管理体系和安全生产的角度介绍了石油化工联锁保护系统的管理方法。建立简明有效的管理制度,涉及管理的行为主体、前期管理、评估管理、运行管理、操作管理、维护和检修管理、变更管理等阶段和过程的内容,重点介绍了联锁保护系统测量仪表逻辑控制器执行元件的设计要求,以及集成调试和验收测试要求。Combined with the practical experience of petrochemical interlocking protection system management for many years and according to the basic principles of relevant specifications,the management method of petrochemical interlock protection system is introduced from the perspective of equipment integrity management system and safety production.Aconcise and effective management system is established,which involves the management actors,preliminary management,evaluation management,working management,operation management,maintenance and overhaul management,change management and other stages and processes.The design requirements of measuring instruments,logic controllers and executive elements of interlock protection system are stressed,as well as the requirements of integrated debugging and acceptance test.
