摘 要:在数字化技术快速发展的今天,国内外的石化企业都在积极探索并试点设备的预测性维护技术。以某炼化公司大型关键设备机组故障诊断和健康管理为例,介绍了基于数据资产架构的设备预防预测性检修平台。针对传统故障诊断方法的弊端,引入一种“超球建模”算法,在设备预防预测性维修实践中,通过建立数据资产架构的方式,搭建基于数据模型和经验知识结合的预防预测性检修平台,应用表明:该检修平台大幅提高了设备监测效率,及时消除了故障隐患,取得了很好的效果。With the rapid development of digital technology,petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad are actively exploring and piloting the predictive maintenance technology of equipment.Taking the fault diagnosis and health management of large key equipment units in a refining and chemical company as an example,the equipment preventive and predictive maintenance platform based on data asset architecture is introduced.In view of the disadvantages of traditional fault diagnosis methods,a hypersphere modeling algorithm is introduced.In the practice of equipment preventive and predictive maintenance,a preventive and predictive maintenance platform based on the combination of data model and empirical knowledge is built by establishing the data asset architecture.The application shows that after the application of the platform,the equipment monitoring efficiency is greatly improved,the hidden trouble is eliminated in time,and good results is achieved.
