摘　　要：目的探索我国9市0~2岁儿童头围平均增长量的变化规律,为研究儿童体格发育提供参考。方法收集1975—2015年我国历次9市儿童体格发育调查0~2岁儿童头围测量值。以初生头围和各月龄儿童头围按时间顺序构建动态数列。以初生头围为基期水平,第8版《实用儿科学》测算增长值的年龄段,分别计算历次调查不同月龄阶段的头围月平均增长量(cm/月),并进行纵向、横向、性别及城郊比较。结果1975年、1985年、1995年、2005年、2015年等5个调查阶段的0~2岁儿童头围月平均增长量,随着月龄的增长逐月减小,0~1月龄阶段最大、0~24月龄阶段最小。总体上,相同月龄阶段头围月平均增长量男童大于女童,随着月龄增长,性别差异愈发缩小,城郊差异并不明显。历次调查相同月龄阶段头围月平均增长量呈小范围波动现象,随月龄增长,各调查阶段愈发接近。第8版《实用儿科学》年龄段与历次调查的变化规律相类似。结论历次调查阶段头围平均增长量呈现相似的变化规律。Objective To explore the change rule of the average head circumference growth of children 0 to 2 years old in nine cities of China,provide reference for researching physical development of children.Methods Each head circumference measurements of 0-2 years old children in survey were collected from 1975 to 2015,then dynamic sequence was built in chronological order with birth head circumference and head circumference of each month.The age group with the birth head circumference as the base level,or the growth value calculated by the 8 th edition of Practical Pediatrics,the average head circumference growth(cm/month)of different age groups in previous surveys was calculated,and longitudinal,horizontal,gender and suburban comparison.Results The average monthly growth rate of head circumference including 1975,1985,1995,2005 and 2015,decreased with the increase of age.The average monthly growth rate of head circumference were largest from 0 to 1 month age,and they were smallest from 0 to 24 months age.The average monthly growth rate of boys was faster than that of girls at the same month age,The difference between sex reduced as the month grows.Suburban differences were not obvious.The average monthly growth of children’s head circumference fluctuated in a small range in the previous survey stages,and becamed closer with the increase of age.The average head circumference growth of 8 practical pediatrics age group were similar to the law of change in previous investigations.Conclusion The head circumference average growth of children 0 to 2 years old showed a similar change rule in the past investigations.
