摘 要:目的:探讨尿毒症患者应用血液净化联合促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗对血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性及骨代谢指标的影响。方法:随机抽取2019年3月—2021年3月河南省省立医院收治的92例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组如干预组,每组各46例,对照组仅实施血液净化治疗,干预组采用血液净化联合EPO法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后骨代谢指标、肾功能指标、ChE活性改变情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者经治疗后各指标均有好转,干预组骨代谢指标、肾功能指标与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组ChE活性与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(t=0.02、3.418,P<0.05)。干预组不良反应(低血压、食欲缺乏、恶心呕吐及代谢紊乱)发生率与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症患者给予血液净化联合EPO治疗能够有效改善骨代谢指标、肾功能指标,降低不良反应发生率,提高ChE活性。Objective:To investigate the effect of blood purification combined with erythropoietin(EPO)therapy on serum cho⁃linesterase(ChE)activity and bone metabolism indexes in patients with uremia.Methods:A total of 92 patients with uremia admit⁃ted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly selected and divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group were treated with blood purification only,while the intervention group were treated with blood purification combined with EPO.The bone metabolism indexes,renal function indexes,ChE activity changes and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,all indexes in the two groups were improved,and the bone metabolism indexes and renal function indexes in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The ChE activity in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant(t=0.02,3.418,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(hypotension,anorexia,nausea and vomiting,and metabolic disorders)in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood purification combined with EPO treatment in uremia patients can effectively improve bone metabolism indexes and renal function indexes,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and in⁃crease ChE activity.
