正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的疗效。方法:选取平顶山学院第二附属医院收治的72例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各36例。对照组采取修复疗法,观察组予以正畸联合修复疗法,比较两组患者治疗前与治疗4周后咀嚼功能、美观恢复效果、不良反应情况、不良结局及患者满意度。结果:治疗4周后,观察组咬合力与咀嚼效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.822、4.508,P<0.05);观察组牙齿整齐(100.00%)、后牙咬颌状况好(97.22%)以及前牙覆盖与覆颌好所占(97.22%)比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571、5.690、4.546,P<0.05);观察组食物嵌塞、咬合抬高以及无咬合性接触总发生率2.78%,显著低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05);观察组牙齿松动与移位、出现牙列间隙总发生率2.78%,显著低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.690,P<0.05);观察组总满意度为97.22%,显著高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.867,P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合修复疗法可有效提高牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者咀嚼功能,获得良好牙齿美观恢复效果,降低不良反应与不良结局发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To observe the curative effect of orthodontics combined repair therapy on dentition defect with dento⁃gnathic deformity.Methods:72 patients with dentition defect and dentognathic deformity who were admitted to the hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repair therapy,and the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined repair therapy.The chewing func⁃tion,aesthetic recovery effect,adverse reactions,adverse outcomes and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and at 4 weeks after treatment.Results:At 4 weeks after treatment,the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.822,4.508,P<0.05).The proportions of neat teeth(100.00%),good molars jaw condition(97.22%),and good anterior teeth coverage and jaw coverage(97.22%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.571,5.690,4.546,P<0.05).The total incidence of food impaction,occlusal elevation and non-occlusal contact in the observation group was 2.78%,significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).The total incidence of tooth loosening and displacement,dentition gap in the observation group was 2.78%,signifi⁃cantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.690,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%,significantly higher than 72.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=6.867,P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontics combined repair therapy can effectively improve the chewing function of pa⁃tients with dentition defect and dentognathic deformity.The aesthetic recovery effect of teeth is good,which can reduce the in
