摘 要:为保护湖北漳河水库水体资源及典型水(农)产品,建立漳河水库水体及水(农)产品地理特征溯源方式,采用热电离同位素质谱法测定6个水库水体样品,6条注入河流水体样品及7个典型的水(农)产品的锶同位素比值(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr),并对结果进行评价分析。结果表明,水库水锶同位素^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr值在0.709761~0.710366,低于世界河流平均值,水库不同点位^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr值略有差异。不同季节的水库水的Sr同位素比值一致,表明水体中Sr同位素不存在季节效应。沙滩河、马河、安河、钱河、姚河和丁家河的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr存在一定的差异,与区域岩性有关。其中,沙滩河、马河具有相对一致的同位素组成,而安河、钱河、姚河具有相对一致的同位素组成,丁家河具有明显偏高的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr值,表明丁家河受到古老碎屑物质的影响更大。因此,湖北漳河水库水源地的锶同位素与其补给河流的围岩有关。由此可见,河流的Sr同位素组成可以作为水源地来源的示踪剂。水库中的原生鱼类,与水库水体的Sr同位素比值基本一致,进一步说明生物过程中Sr同位素没有分馏。值得注意的是,研究发现鱼骨与鱼肉的^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr值基本一致,不同种类鱼的同位素比值也一致。因此,可以借用生物体的同位素比值,对其生活的水体进行追溯,并判断其来源。同一稻谷的糙米与稻壳的Sr同位素比值存在较大的差异,并与灌溉水体的同位素比值存在明显差异,说明谷物生长主要受到其生长土壤的影响。此外,通过啤酒锶同位素追溯酿造用水来源不成立。In order to protect the water resources of Zhanghe Reservoir and typical aquatic(agricultural)products in Hubei province,the traceability mode of the geographical characteristics of Zhanghe Reservoir water and aquatic(agricultural)products was established.The strontium isotope ratio(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)of 6 reservoir water samples,6 injected river water samples and 7 typical aquatic(agricultural)products were determined by thermoionization isotope mass spectrometry,and the results were evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the value of strontium isotope ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr in reservoir water is between 0.709761 and 0.710366,which is lower than the average value of rivers in the world.The ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr values at different points of the reservoir are slightly different.The Sr isotope ratios of reservoir water in different seasons are consistent,indicating that there is no seasonal effect of Sr isotope in water body.There are some differences in ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr among the Shatan River,Ma River,An River,Qian River,Yao River and Dingjia River,which are related to regional lithology.Among them,the Shatan River and Ma River have relatively consistent isotopic composition,while the An River,Qian River and Yao River have relatively consistent isotopic composition,while the Dingjia River has significantly higher ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr value,indicating that the Dingjia River is more affected by ancient clastic materials.Therefore,the strontium isotope in the water source of Zhanghe Reservoir in Hubei province is related to the surrounding rock of the recharge river.The Sr isotopic composition of the river can be used as a tracer for the source of water source.The Sr isotope ratio of the native fish in the reservoir is basically consistent with that of the reservoir water,which further indicates that there is no fractionation of Sr isotope in the biological process.It is worth noting that the ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr values of fish bones and fish meat are basically the same,and the isotopic ratios of different kinds of fish are also the sam
