摘　　要：经过多年创新发展和探索实践,我国扶贫车间已初具规模,并发展形成基层党建引领型、乡村能人带动型、乡村资源依托型、龙头企业依附型、合作共赢型以及互联网+型等六种典型模式,六种典型模式特征鲜明。在运用SWOT分析论证的基础上,从加大统筹规划、政策扶持、金融支持、规范管理、人才建设力度等五个方面提出了推动我国扶贫车间转型升级、持续发展的相关政策建议。After years of innovation and development,Chinese poverty alleviation workshop has begun to take shape,and has developed six typical development models,resource support type,the leading enterprise’s dependence type,the win-win cooperation type and the Internet plus type,and the six typical development models have distinct characteristics.On the basis of SWOT analysis and demonstration,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of poverty alleviation workshops in China from five aspects:increasing overall planning,policy support,financial support,standardized management and talent construction.
