摘 要:在酒店行业,数字化转型已受到关注和重视,但大多数中国本土酒店面临挑战还不知所措,目前国内外关于酒店行业的数字化转型研究成果少,无法为酒店实践提供有效指导。本研究旨在探究智能时代下中国本土酒店集团数字化转型的影响因素及实施成熟度的关键因素,丰富相关理论研究,让理论界和中国本土酒店集团对数字化转型有全面和深入的理解,推动中国本土酒店集团进行成功的数字化转型。本文采取多案例研究方法,通过对四个数字化成熟不同阶段的中国本土酒店集团集体型案例研究,发现高层领导、数字技术的应用和行业环境是推动数字化转型的主要因素,酒店实施数字化战略和开放透明的组织制度很大程度上影响了实施成熟度。In the hotel industry,digital transformation has received more and more attention,but most Chinese local hotels are still overwhelmed by the challenges.At present,there are few research on the digital transformation of the hotel industry at home and abroad,which is unable to provide effective guidance.The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of digital transformation of Chinese local hotel groups and the key factors of implementation maturity in the intelligent era,enrich relevant theoretical research,enable the theoretical community and Chinese local hotel groups to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of digital transformation,and promote the successful digital transformation of Chinese local hotel groups.Through the case study of four local hotel groups in China at different stages of digital maturity,it is found that senior leaders,the application of digital technology and the industry environment are the main factors to promote the digital transformation.The implementation of digital strategy and open and transparent organizational system in hotels greatly affect the implementation maturity.
