摘　　要：基于16地的马铃薯成本收益数据,运用超越对数成本函数分析马铃薯生产要素的需求价格弹性、替代弹性以及地区差异。结果表明:价格仍然是调节马铃薯要素需求的有效手段,但调节空间有限,其中种薯对价格变化更为敏感;相比之下,种薯对人工的替代效应更加显著和稳定;在不同产区,种薯对马铃薯生产要素的替代弹性有所差异,比较而言南方混作区对优质种薯的需求更为迫切。种薯对马铃薯的生产发挥着极其重要的作用,为提高马铃薯产量,一方面应提高马铃薯育种水平,加大马铃薯良种推广力度;另一方面,应因地制宜引导马铃薯种薯育种的研发,促进区域平衡发展;还需要注意种薯与马铃薯各个生产要素之间的配合。Based on the potato cost-benefit data of 16 districts,the price elasticity of demand,elasticity of substitution and regional differences of potato production factors were analyzed by translog cost function.The results showed that price was still an effective means to adjust potato demand,but the adjustment space was limited.Seed potato was more sensitive to price change.In contrast,the substitution effect of seed tubers on artificial labor was more significant and stable.The elasticity of substitution of seed tubers to potato production factors was different in different producing areas,and the demand for high-quality seed tubers was more urgent in mixed cropping areas in south China.Seed potato played a very important role in potato production.In order to improve potato yield,on the one hand,we should improve potato breeding level and strengthen the promotion of potato varieties.On the other hand,research and development of seed potato breeding should be guided to promote regional balanced development according to local conditions.In addition,we also need to pay attention to the cooperation between seed potato and potato production factors.
