种球大小和种植规格对附子产质量的影响

摘　　要：为了探究迪庆州高海拔山区附子的高产高效栽培技术措施,为附子的提质增效提供理论支撑,本研究对附子开展了不同种球大小和种植规格的裂区试验,试验设置了3个种球大小和5个不同的种植规格,共15个处理,结果表明:(1)主处理中,单株产量、单位面积产量、优等级附子重可随着种球大小的增加而增加;(2)副处理中,种植规格增大能显著提高单株产量,但由于单位面积有效株数降低,单位面积产量不如其他规格,而优等级附子的生产能力却高于其他规格;(3)种球大小和种植规格交互作用的方差不显著。从附子的经济性状可以看出,大种球所创造的经济效益最佳,其次是中等种球,最差是小种球;从均价上也可看出,大种球生产的附子均价偏高、中等种球次之、小种球均价偏低。In order to clarify high yield and high efficiency cultivation measures of Aconitum carmichaeli in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and provide a theoretical basis for large-scale application of Aconitum carmichaeli,the split plot design was used to study the effects of the ball size and planting specification on yield.The test included 3 ball sizes and 5 planting densities.The results showed that:(1) In the main treatment,the single plant yield,the yield per acre and the superiority of Aconitum carmichaeli increased with the increase of seed bulb size.(2) In the deputy treatment,the large planting density could significantly improve the single plant yield and the superior grade quantities of Aconitum carmichaeli.The yield per acre was not as well as other specifications because the effective number of plants decreased.(3) The variance of interaction between bulb size and planting specification was not significant.It can be seen from the economic characteristics that the big bulb was the best economic benefits,followed by the medium bulb,and the worst was the small bulb.It can also be seen from the average price that the big bulb was the best average price,followed by the medium bulb,and the worst was the small bulb.
