摘 要:拦阻网强度试验是民机适航取证环节中的必备项目。由于拦阻网为柔性结构,受载时发生非线性大变形,无法采用常规加载方式直接连接拦阻网进行加载,而需通过货物假件作为中间介质对拦阻网进行接触式加载。为保护机身结构,拦阻网强度设计受限,安全裕度较小,货物假件与拦阻网接触面设计不合理时极易发生单根传力带超载导致拦阻网提前破坏。另外如何模拟货物平动模式也是函需解决的问题。本文通过对柔性拦阻网结构受力及变形特点进行针对性研究,设计适用于拦阻网强度验证的加载装置,解决柔性结构加载难度大的问题,并在试验中得到应用.Arresting net strength test is a necessary item in civil ainworthiness evidence.Due to the flexible structure of the arresting net,large nonlinear deformation occurs when it is loaded,so it cannot be directly connected with the arresting net by conventional loading method,but contact loading of the arresting net should be carried out through the cargo dummy and the intermediate medium.In order to protect the fuselage structure,the strength design of the arresting net is limited,and the safety margin is small.When the contact surface design of the cargo fake parts and the arresting net is not reasonable,it is easy to overload the single force transmission belt,which leads to the failure of the arresting net in advance.In addition,how to simulate cargo translational mode is also an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the loading device for verifying the strength of the flexible arresting net is designed by studying the stress and deformation characteristics of the structure of the flexible arresting net,which solves the problem of difficult loading of the flexible structure and is applied in the test.
