摘　　要：介绍了皮革及成品鞋异味的来源,对比了中国及国际上针对皮革及成品鞋异味的指标要求及嗅觉测试方法,分析了影响皮革和成品鞋异味的主要因素,提出了提高嗅觉检测方法准确性、重复性的建议。The origin of leather and shoes odor was introduced,the index requirements and odor test methods for leather and shoes in China and the world were compared,the main factors affecting the odors were analysed,some suggestions were put forward to improve the accuracy and repeatability of olfactory detection methods.
