祛风止痛胶囊联合依托考昔治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨祛风止痛胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2021年7月许昌市立医院收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例患者。对照组患者口服依托考昔片,60 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服祛风止痛胶囊,1.8 g/次,2次/d。两组连续治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者晨僵时间、主观疼痛程度和血清炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组的总有效率为77.50%,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的晨僵时间、NRS评分显著降低(P<0.05);且以治疗组晨僵时间、NRS评分降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的血清IL-18、IL-1β、VEGF水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论祛风止痛胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效确切,能降低晨僵时间和疼痛程度,减轻炎症损伤,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Etoricoxib Tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Patients(80 cases)with knee osteoarthritis in Xuchang Municipal Hospital from October 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Etoricoxib Tablets,60 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qufeng Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group,1.8 g/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and morning stiffness time,the subjective pain degree,and the serum level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,and 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the morning stiffness time and NRS score of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the morning stiffness time and NRS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-18,IL-1β,and VEGF in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-18,IL-1β,and VEGF in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Etoricoxib Tablets is effective in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can reduce the time of morning stiffness and the degree of pain,reduce inflammatory injury,with good safety.
