摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种进行性发展的肺疾病,以不完全可逆气流受限、病程长、病情反复发作为特征,与中医伏邪致病有相似之处。通过梳理伏邪理论的内涵、特征及其在COPD发生进展中的重要作用,结合临床实践进行全方位分析,认为先天伏邪是COPD的病发之本,痰瘀伏邪是COPD的病发之机,新邪引动伏邪是COPD的病发之因,且提出“未病时重养慎、清伏邪,已病后审机用药、标本兼顾”的治疗原则,旨在阐明伏邪是COPD发病的重要机制,并为COPD的预防和诊治提供新思路,为伏邪理论论治COPD提供基础及临床研究依据。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a progressive lung disease,which is characterized by incomplete reversible airflow limitation,long course of disease and recurrent attacks,which is similar to that caused by pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine.By exploring the connotation and characteristics of the theory of hidden pathogen and its important role in the occurrence and progress of COPD,and combining with clinical practice,it is considered that congenital hidden pathogen is the root cause of COPD,phlegm and blood stasis is the pathogenesis of COPD,and new evil is the cause of COPD.And put forward the treatment principle of“to be careful when not sick,to clear the hidden pathogen,to take medicine after examination and to give consideration to the specimen”.The purpose of this study is to clarify that latent pathogen is an important mechanism of COPD,to provide new ideas for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of COPD,and to provide basic and clinical research basis for the treatment of COPD based on the theory of latent pathogen.
