摘 要:基于赤泥具有的高碱性特性,在粉煤灰加气混凝土中掺入10%、20%和30%质量分数的赤泥,研究赤泥含量对粉煤灰加气混凝土流动性、发气量、发气速率、干密度、抗压强度等性能的影响,并基于制品的空隙分布分析了不同赤泥掺量对粉煤灰加气混凝土导热性能的影响,阐明了赤泥掺量对加气混凝土浆体发气过程和强度的影响机理。结果表明:随着赤泥含量的增加赤泥的高碱性可以迅速提供作用,使浆体的碱性环境明显提高,早期发气速率增加,但是后期速率降低。赤泥的掺入导致体系的稠度增加,铝粉的发气时间会缩短,从而导致制品的绝干密度有所增加。制品的抗压强度呈现逐步降低的趋势,而粉煤灰加气混凝土的导热系数却有所增加。Based on the high alkaline characteristics of red mud, 10%, 20% and 30% red mud were added into fly ash aerated concrete to study the influence of red mud content on the fluidity, gas generation, gas generation rate, dry density, compressive strength and other properties of fly ash aerated concrete. Based on the void distribution of products, the influence of different red mud content on the thermal conductivity of fly ash aerated concrete was analyzed. The influence mechanism of red mud content on the aerating process and strength of aerated concrete paste was further investigated. The results showed that,with the increase of the content of red mud, the high alkalinity of red mud quickly provided the effect, significantly improved the alkaline environment of the slurry, increased the gas generation rate in the early stage, but decreased the rate in the later stage. The addition of red mud increased the consistency of the system, shortened the aeration time of aluminum powder, and increased the absolute dry density of the product. The compressive strength of the products showed a gradual decreasing trend, while the thermal conductivity of fly ash aerated concrete increased.
