摘 要:针对部分稠油油藏火驱过程中燃烧强度低和不稳定问题,设计开发了一套多孔介质热效应监测装置,研究了动态空气流下新疆油田红浅区块稠油在多孔介质中的燃烧特征。结果表明:红浅稠油经历了温度范围为280~360℃的低温燃烧,燃烧峰值温度超过550℃并伴随着大量的CO和CO_(2)释放;该低温燃烧过程同时包含着低温和高温氧化反应。水不会明显影响稠油燃烧的发生,但随着含水率的升高,稠油的燃烧强度不断减弱。综合燃烧放热和热量利用而言,含水率在20%~40%有助于提升火驱表现。For the low combustion intensity and instability during in-situ combustion(ISC) in some heavy oil reservoirs, a set of self-designed porous medium thermo-effect cell(PMTEC) was developed. Then, the combustion characteristics in porous media under dynamic air flow for the heavy oil collected from Hongqian block of Xinjiang oilfield were studied using this cell. The results indicated that the Hongqian heavy oil experienced low-temperature combustion with a temperature range of 280~360 ℃, and the peak temperature of combustion exceeded 550 ℃,accompanied by a large amount of CO and CO_(2)release. This low-temperature combustion process included low-temperature and high-temperature oxidation reactions. Water had little effect on the occurrence of heavy oil combustion. However, the combustion intensity reduced with the increasing of water mass fraction. The water mass fraction ranging from 20% to 40% could improve the performance of ISC in terms of heat release and heat utilization.
