摘  要:对柴油馏分掺炼棉籽油加氢生产国Ⅵ标准柴油进行了加氢工艺试验考察。结果表明:以柴油馏分掺炼棉籽油为原料,在反应压力8.0 MPa、体积空速1.5 h^(-1)、平均反应温度365℃、氢油体积比400的工艺条件下,精制柴油各项指标可以满足国Ⅵ车用柴油标准的要求。随着棉籽油掺炼比例的提高,精制柴油密度和芳烃含量逐渐降低,十六烷值逐渐升高。由于棉籽油加氢副产的水、一氧化碳和二氧化碳对加氢反应产生一定影响,建议棉籽油与柴油馏分混合加氢时,棉籽油掺入的比例不宜超过原料总重量的10%。The hydrogenation process of diesel fraction blending cottonseed oil to produce national VI standard diesel oil was tested and investigated. The results showed that the indexes of refined diesel oil could meet the requirements of national VI standard under the conditions of reaction pressure 8.0 MPa, volume space speed 1.5 h^(-1), average reaction temperature 365 ℃, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 400. With the increase of cottonseed oil blending ratio, the refined diesel oil density and aromatics content gradually reduced, cetane number increased. Because cottonseed oil hydrogenation by-product water,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide have an impact on hydrogenation reaction,cottonseed oil mixed ratio should not exceed 10% of the total material weight.
